Processing Time (The Artisan Wait) Because we do not mass-produce, your order requires time for the hand-painting and curing process.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 2–3 business days.

• Made-to-Order / Custom Pieces: Please allow 7–14 business days for the artist to complete your piece and for the 3D paint to fully set before shipping.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

• International: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Damages During Shipping We take great care in packaging our 3D art (especially bottles and stones). If your item arrives broken, please contact us with photos of the damaged product and the packaging immediately so we can file a claim and send you a replacement.
