Returns & Exchanges Because our products are 100% hand-painted and made-to-order, each piece is a unique work of art.

We offer returns or exchanges only if the item arrives damaged during transit or if you receive the wrong product.

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Non-Returnable Items

Artisan Variations: Please note that since every item is hand-painted, slight variations in texture, gold detailing, and floral patterns are expected and celebrated as part of the artisan process. These are not considered "defects."

Custom/Personalized Orders: Any items painted with specific initials or custom motifs cannot be returned.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
